We make use of two main services, Pargo click and collect option which is optimal if you are unsure of being available when the courier is delivering your order, this has proven to be an incredible service.

We also have an option of Delivery to your door, either with Pargo or through our standard courier option.  All options are presented to you at checkout for you to then select.

Returns / Refunds

We comply with the Consumer Protection Act in this regard, however you should be aware of your rights and obligations.You are entitled to receive a full refund within 10 business days after delivery if the goods purchased were found to be damaged or unsuitable for the indicated purpose 

We are proud of our 100% money back guarantee policy, if you are not happy with the product or it does not agree with you in any way, send us an email at info@lifexpanded.co.za and we will happily do a refund to your account, and there is no need to return the product - we ask that you gift it to someone who feels it might benefit them

Disclaimer: we do not offer refunds on any product that we sell through our store which is not a LifeXpanded product.  

For eg. we sell Harmonic Mycology products and those are not refundable through our store.
