Return Policy


We comply with the Consumer Protection Act in this regard, however you should be aware of your rights and obligations. 

You are entitled to receive a full refund within 10 business days after delivery if the goods purchased were found to be damaged or unsuitable for the indicated purpose (i.e. were not as advertised by Lifexpanded, or were not suitable for the purpose you had explicitly communicated to Lifexpanded and for which Lifexpanded had explicitly advised you they would be suitable).

Goods and packaging should be returned in the same condition as they were received, and Lifexpanded has the right under the Act to deduct from any refund the costs of rendering goods and/or packaging fit for re-stocking. It is important, therefore, that you do not damage packaging when inspecting goods.

Lifexpanded may (upon request) consider returns under other circumstances, but with no obligation. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
